At OZO Keyboards, we want you to be fully satisfied with your typing experience; if your new board isn't the perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in original packaging and include all accessories, switches, and keycaps.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your keyboard in its original box, ensuring all cables and custom tools are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
